VO2 Max Calculator

VO2 Max is the measure of how fit you are based on your body's ability to use oxygen as part of exercise. It is designed to show your threshold performance as an athlete and is an excellent way of benchmarking your fitness against friends. In order to calculate your VO2 max, and measure your performance, you need to carry out the Cooper test. Run at maximum consistent pace on a track for 12 minutes, and record your distance in metres, then enter this and the other data into the table below
